LIMITATION OF CONDITIONS
Tonarello LTD, through tonarello.com, reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion. The updated terms will always be published on the website.
Each order placed in the online store tonarello.com constitutes a contract of sale between the client and Tonarello LTD. The obligations of this contract are considered fulfilled once the ordered goods are delivered to the customer.
The transaction is deemed concluded once the client submits an order with complete and accurate data in accordance with the conditions stated on the website and its acceptance by Tonarello LTD.
Due to inventory limitations or other reasons, some products may not be available at the time of purchase. For more details, clients may contact us through the listed contact information.
Tonarello LTD reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice and at its own discretion. The applicable price is the one valid at the time of placing the order. Discounts are displayed by crossing out the old price and showing the new reduced price.
Tonarello LTD undertakes to fulfill the client’s order within 5 working days from the date of receipt.
The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer.
In cases where the client provides incomplete or incorrect data in the order request, Tonarello LTD is not obliged to fulfill the order and does not assume responsibility for inaccurate information.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Most new, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs will also be covered if the return results from our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

TONARELLO LTD UNDERTAKES TO:
Comply with the stated delivery times.
Ensure that all products delivered are in excellent, new, and unused condition.
Provide accurate information regarding product availability.
THE CLIENT UNDERTAKES TO:
Pay for the ordered goods, including delivery costs (if applicable).
Provide the necessary data for successful delivery (full name, telephone number, exact delivery address, and e-mail address).
Ensure the goods can be delivered to the specified address.
RETURN OF GOODS
Under EU regulations, customers may return goods within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
The product is unused, with intact original packaging, and in the same condition as received, accompanied by the relevant documents (invoice or cash receipt).
The customer contacts a Tonarello LTD representative within 14 working days of receiving the goods to initiate the return.
The customer provides a personal bank account number for the refund or accepts reimbursement via cash on delivery, as agreed.
The goods are returned to an address specified by Tonarello LTD.
Once the returned goods are received, the sales contract is considered terminated and the refund will be issued.
If any of the return conditions are not met, Tonarello LTD reserves the right not to process a refund.
The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer. In cases of incorrect product selection by the client, the customer must cover the shipping costs.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payments on tonarello.com can be made via:
Bank card through a virtual POS terminal. In case of cancellation, refunds will be issued to the same account used for the original payment.
